U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Mobile Phones and Smart Watches

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that ended an investigation into certain mobile phones, tablets, and smart watches due to a settlement, and will review another initial determination that partially granted a motion to summarize the economic requirements for a domestic industry, effectively ending the investigation.
