USITC Denies Review of Samsung Display's Motion to Amend Complaint

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has decided not to review an initial determination granting Samsung Display Co., Ltd.'s motion to amend its complaint and notice of investigation regarding Certain Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode Display Panels and Modules for Mobile Devices, and Components Thereof.
