U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Final Determination in Certain Replacement Automotive Lamps Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the case of Certain Replacement Automotive Lamps, and has set a schedule for filing written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding.
