Commission to Review Part of Final Decision in Patent Infringement Case Involving Certain Automated Systems

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has announced that it will review part of a final decision in a patent infringement case involving Certain Automated Put Walls and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, Associated Vehicles, Associated Control Software, and Component Parts Thereof, after a presiding chief administrative law judge found a violation of Section 337.
