US Commission Investigates Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells

The US International Trade Commission is monitoring developments in the domestic industry of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, which are partially or fully assembled into other products, following the President's decision to impose a safeguard measure on imports of these cells.
