U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Golf Club Shaft and Head Adaptor Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination finding all respondents in default regarding Certain Universal Golf Club Shaft and Golf Club Head Connection Adaptors, Certain Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, and is seeking written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding.
