USITC Imposes Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders on HC Robotics and Invata, LLC

The US International Trade Commission has found HC Robotics and Invata, LLC guilty of violating US patent law by importing and selling infringing automated storage and retrieval systems, and has ordered the companies to stop selling the products and pay a bond equal to the value of the imported goods.
