Stainless Steel Flanges From China and India; Determinations

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has made determinations regarding the importation of stainless steel flanges from China and India, effective January 1, 2024. The CBP has classified these flanges as "not all steel" under the U.S. Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.
