USITC Finds Apple Violates Patent, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The US International Trade Commission has determined that Apple Inc. has violated a patent related to wearable electronic devices with light-based pulse oximetry functionality, and has issued a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order against the company.
