US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Investigation into Non-Refillable Steel Cylinders from India

The US International Trade Commission is set to determine whether US imports of non-refillable steel cylinders from India are causing material injury to the US industry, following preliminary findings by the US Department of Commerce that the imports are subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.
