USPTO Publishes Guidelines for Assessing Enablement in Utility Patent Applications and Patents Following Supreme Court Decision

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has published guidelines to help employees assess enablement in utility patent applications and patents, following the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Amgen Inc. et al. v. Sanofi et al., to promote consistent analysis and clearer communications regarding enablement compliance.
