USPTO Proposes Changes to Trademark Fees for Fiscal Year 2025

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing to adjust trademark fees, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, to cover the costs of trademark operations and implement its 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, based on the FY 2025 Budget.
