Setting and Adjusting Patent Fees During Fiscal Year 2025

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing to adjust patent fees for Fiscal Year 2025 to ensure the agency has sufficient revenue to cover its costs, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act and the Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act of 2018.
