USPTO Extends Patent Trial and Appeal Board Motion To Amend Pilot Program

The USPTO is extending the MTA pilot program, which provides additional options for patent owners to request preliminary guidance and file revised motions, until at least September 16, 2025, allowing more time for patent owners to utilize the program.
