USPTO Amends Post-Registration Audit Selection for Trademark Cases

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is updating its audit process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the trademark register, adding directed audits to its practice, following the implementation of its initial random audits in 2017.
