USPTO Withdraws NPRM on Terminal Disclaimer Practice
The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has withdrawn its proposed rulemaking on terminal disclaimers, which aimed to prevent nonstatutory double patenting, published in the Federal Register on May 10, 2024.
