NLRB Publishes Notice on Modified System of Records and Rescinded Systems

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is publishing a notice of a modified system of records, Next Generation Case Management System (NxGen), which combines records from 12 discontinued systems. The NLRB is also rescinding two other systems of records: Investigative Services Case Files and Telephone Call Detail Records. The public is advised to submit comments within the specified comment period.
