FRA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Milwaukee to Minneapolis High-Speed Rail Corridor

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is issuing a notice to solicit public input on the development of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed high-speed rail corridor connecting Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Minneapolis, Minnesota, as part of the Midwest Regional Rail Initiative (MWRRI).
