FHFA Amends Prudential Management and Operations Standards Rule

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is updating its Prudential Management and Operations Standards rule to clarify its application to various types of standards, including those established as regulations and guidelines, and to subject the Office of Finance of the Federal Home Loan Bank System (OF) to the rule and some existing Standards.
