FHFA Issues Orders for Stress Testing Reporting as of December 31, 2023

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued orders and accompanying instructions for regulated entities to report stress testing results as of December 31, 2023, under the Dodd-Frank Act, following the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (EGRRCPA) amendments.
