CPSC Accepts Revised Standard for Portable Fuel Containers
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has accepted the revised ASTM F3429/F3429M-24 standard for prefilled portable fuel containers, which aligns with the purposes of the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act of 2020.
