Radio Broadcasting Services; Hamilton, Goldthwaite, and San Saba, Texas

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal by B Plus Broadcasting, LLC to create a new FM allotment for a Class A station on Channel 263 at Hamilton, Texas, and is also requiring S Content Marketing, LLC to explain why the license of KNUZ(FM) at San Saba, Texas, should not be modified to operate on Channel 291A instead of Channel 224A.
