FMCSA Seeks to Revoke Authority Granted for Information Collection Request

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is planning to submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to revoke its authority to collect information from motor carriers, freight forwarders, and property brokers regarding changes to their registration of authority, following a 60-day public comment period that received two supportive comments.
