Federal Communications Commission Announces Approval of 911 Fee Diversion Rules

The Federal Communications Commission has announced that the Office of Management and Budget has approved the rules for the 911 Fee Diversion; New and Emerging Technologies 911 Improvement Act of 2008, requiring compliance with the rules, and removing a paragraph advising of a delayed compliance deadline.
