FCC Seeks Comments on CALEA Electronic Filing System and Mandatory Filing Proposal

The Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on the upcoming launch of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act electronic filing system, which will require telecommunications providers to electronically file certain documents, with the proposal to make electronic filing mandatory six months after the system becomes operational.
