FCC Extends Grace Period for VRS and IP CTS Providers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has introduced a two-week grace period for Video Relay Service (VRS) and Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) providers to start offering their services to new or porting-in users while their identities are verified by the Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) User Registration Database.
