FCC Announces Approval of TRACED Act Implementation Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the information collection for rules implementing the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (TRACED Act), allowing private entities to submit information through the Private Entity Robocall Portal.
