FCC Updates Rules for Cable and Satellite Carriage of TV Stations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended its rules to reference a new publication, the Local TV Station Information Report, for determining a television station's designated market area (DMA) for satellite and cable carriage, replacing the Annual Station Index Directory and the United States Television Household Estimates.
