FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Food Canning Establishments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on proposed information collection requirements for food canning establishments processing acidified and thermally processed low-acid foods in hermetically sealed containers, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
