FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Postmarketing Studies and Clinical Trials for Prescription Drugs

The FDA has released a draft guidance outlining the factors it considers when determining good cause for noncompliance with postmarketing study and clinical trial requirements for prescription drugs, as mandated by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
