FDA Issues Final Debarment Order Against Raidel Figueroa

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has permanently barred Raidel Figueroa from providing services related to approved or pending drug product applications, following a felony conviction under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). Figueroa was given the opportunity to request a hearing, but failed to respond within the prescribed timeframe, resulting in the permanent debarment order.
