FDA Extends Compliance Policies for Wholesale Distributors and Dispensers

The FDA is extending the enforcement policies for wholesale distributors and dispensers to verify product identifiers for saleable returned drug products and suspect or illegitimate products until November 27, 2024, as outlined in the revised guidance published on October 23, 2020.
