FDA Releases Draft Guidances for Medical Devices with Weight Loss Indications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released two draft guidances to provide recommendations for the development and premarket submission of medical devices with indications associated with weight loss, including clinical study design and non-clinical testing requirements.
