FDA Amends Chobani's Temporary Permit for Lower-Fat Yogurt Products
The FDA is allowing Chobani, LLC to market test lower-fat yogurt products as ingredients in nonstandardized food applications, including drinks, dips, and sauces, under the amended temporary permit.
