FDA Updates Guidance Documents for Tobacco Products, Withdraws Others

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released revised final guidances for industry on demonstrating substantial equivalence of new tobacco products and establishing that a tobacco product was commercially marketed in the US as of February 15, 2007, while withdrawing others due to outdated terminology.
