USDA Proposes New System of Records for Reasonable Accommodations and Personal Assistance Services

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing a new system of records to collect and maintain information on individuals with disabilities, including those seeking employment accommodations and employees with disabilities, in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
