FSIS Announces Plan to Collect Consumer Data on 'Product of USA' Labeling Claims

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) plans to use a web-based survey/experiment to gauge consumer awareness and understanding of 'Product of USA' labeling claims on meat products, as well as their willingness to pay for such products, and collect data on other USDA labeling claims.
