Florida Avocado Marketing Order Changes Maturity Requirements

The Avocado Administrative Committee has updated the maturity requirements for avocados grown in South Florida, establishing a new annual shipping schedule, which will also impact imported avocados, as mandated by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937.
