USDA Amends Organic Regulations to Implement NOSB Recommendations

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has finalized a rule to remove fourteen nonorganic ingredients from the manufacture of organic processed products and prohibit two substances from organic crop and livestock production, while renewing allowances for two substances in organic production.
