Forest Service Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Annual Programmatic Administrative Fee for Communications Use Authorizations

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service is reopening a 60-day comment period for a proposed rule that would charge an annual fee for new and existing communications use authorizations to cover program administration costs, initially proposed on December 22, 2021.
