Retail Exemptions Adjusted Dollar Limitations

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is adjusting dollar limitations on the amount of meat and meat products and poultry and poultry products that retail stores can sell to hotels, restaurants, and similar institutions without losing their exemption from federal inspection requirements, effective January 1, 2024.
