USDA and DOJ Launch FarmerFairness.gov Portal for Reporting Complaints

The U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Department of Justice have launched a web portal, FarmerFairness.gov, to allow farmers and ranchers to report complaints and submit tips regarding potential violations of federal anti-trust laws, with the goal of assessing information to determine jurisdiction and follow-up actions.
