Forest Service Proposes Administrative Settlement Agreement for Inyo National Forest Site

The US Forest Service has proposed a settlement agreement for the Mill City Cabin Area of the Mammoth Stamp Mill Site in the Inyo National Forest, California, following the discovery of hazardous substances and pollutants at the site, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980.
