USDA Proposes Addition to Privacy Act Record System

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is proposing to add the Smuggling Interdiction and Trade Compliance (SITC) National Information Communication Activity System (SNICAS) to its inventory of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
