USDA Proposes Amendments to Privacy Act Regulations

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to exempt a system of records related to Smuggling Interdiction and Trade Compliance from certain provisions of the Privacy Act, and also to update its list of exempt system of records.
