Delegations of Authority Revised by USDA

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has revised the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture and general officers of the Department of Agriculture, reflecting changes and additions to the delegations, and amending the rules of practice for formal adjudicatory hearings under the National Forest Roads and Trails Act.
