Almonds Grown in California; Modification of Regulations; Withdrawal

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has withdrawn a proposed rule by the Almond Board of California that aimed to modify regulations for roadside stands, market promotion, quality control, and other aspects of the California Almond Marketing Order. The decision comes after reviewing comments from stakeholders, following a recommendation by the Almond Board of California.
