Notice of Request for Approval of an Existing Collection in Use Without an OMB Control Number

The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to continue using an existing collection without an assigned control number for the Borlaug Fellowship Program, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
