Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the West Fork Battle Creek Watershed Plan, Carbon County, Wyoming

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Wyoming State Office plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the West Fork Battle Creek Watershed Plan in Wyoming, which includes a dam and reservoir to manage rural agricultural water. The public is invited to comment on the proposal.
