DHS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Immigration Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public input on a proposed extension of a currently approved collection of information related to the waiver of the foreign residence requirement under the Immigration and Nationality Act, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
